01

What gets collected

When you fill out the contact form, I keep what you give me: name, the email or phone you typed in, and the paragraph about what you're trying to fix. Nothing else — no profiling, no ad pixels, no broker enrichment. The site also collects anonymous traffic stats via Vercel Analytics (page views, country, device type) which never includes who you are.

02

What I do with it

Your message gets emailed to me at hello@christiangflair.com so I can read it and reply. A small AI screener (GPT-4o-mini) classifies the lead so I triage faster — it sees your message once, doesn't store it externally, and doesn't train on it. You also get an automatic confirmation email back so you know I got it.

03

Who else sees it

Nobody on my side besides me. Three subprocessors are in the loop, each bound by their own privacy terms: Vercel (hosting + anonymous traffic analytics), Resend (the transactional email pipeline), and OpenAI (the small lead-classifier model). I never sell, share, or rent your information.

04

How long it sticks around

Your message sits in my email inbox indefinitely so I can pick the thread back up later. Ask me to delete it any time — write to hello@christiangflair.com and I'll remove the thread from my inbox + any internal notes within seven days.

05

Cookies

The site uses one or two technical cookies for the analytics layer. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers. Modern browser privacy settings block what little we use just fine.

06

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask me what I have on you, ask me to delete it, or ask me to stop processing it. Email hello@christiangflair.com — I treat every request the same regardless of jurisdiction.

07

Changes

If this policy changes meaningfully, I'll update the page and date it. If you've sent me a message before, I'll email you when the change matters.
